Oil Refinery, Gas Processing & Refinery Plants

Hyundai E&C has been recognized for our process and quality control and technological capability throughout numerous oil and gas plant projects in Korea and overseas. After successful completion of the South Fars Gas Treatment Facility (Phase 2&3 / Phase 4&5) in Iran, we obtained a series of orders from Saudi Aramco, such as Khurais Central Processing Facility, Karan Onshore Gas Processing Facility and Uthmaniyah Ethane Deep Recovery Facility in Saudi Arabia. These projects were successfully completed on schedule with our advanced technology and extensive overseas knowhow.
In the refinery plant field, we have also accumulated rich experience in domestic and overseas refinery projects. We demonstrated skilled construction capacity and technology by completing the Hyundai Oil Refinery Project I/II. And we also continued our successes in revamp/extension projects including the Hyundai Oil Revamping Project, Hyundai Oil SDA (Solvent De-Asphalting Unit) & DCU (Delayed Coking Unit) Revamping Project. In addition, we won a contract for the mega-size Karbala Refinery Plant Project in Iraq, worth USD 6.4 billion in total as a joint venture consisting of Korean EPC Companies.
