Green Smart Innovation Center

The Green Smart Innovation Center (GSIC) is a sustainable energy demonstration and research facility equipped with a proprietary Building Energy Management System (BEMS), the first of its kind developed by a Korean construction company. Through this platform, GSIC enables the integrated operation and control of a Micro Energy Grid, supporting advanced energy management and optimization. A key feature of GSIC is its commitment to minimizing fossil fuel consumption and environmental impact across the entire building life cycle—from planning and construction to operation and eventual decommissioning.
