■ First Korean builder to win a main award in the “Craft - Sound Design & Music” category within The One Show Indies in the U.S.

Hyundai E&C’s brand film, which captures the company's vision for future housing, has won a main prize at the world's most prestigious international advertising awards. Hyundai E&C announced that, on May 14, (U.S. local time), <THE H Brand Film: Neo Living> received a Merit Award in the “Craft - Sound Design & Music” category at The One Show 2026 in the US, marking the first such achievement by a Korean construction company.

Founded in 1973, The One Show is an awards ceremony organized by the international nonprofit organization, “The One Club for Creativity”. Along with the Cannes Lions and the CLIO Awards, it is recognized as one of the world’s leading advertising festivals, boasting a long history and great prestige. Hyundai E&C’s latest win is the first case of its kind for a Korean construction company and is being recognized as having raised the standard of apartment brand communication to a new level.

Released last October, <THE H Brand Film: Neo Living> is a film that captures Hyundai E&C’s unique total residential solution, “Neo Living” - which goes beyond mere housing to care for every aspect of life - through the eyes of its residents. In line with the title “Here, You Compose Life,” the film wittily portrays people of various age groups independently completing their lives within THE H, set against orchestral melodies. It is characterized by the organic combination of visual beauty and auditory sound.

Hyundai E&C submitted a brand film to the “The One Show Indies” category, which was newly established this year to encourage creators' ideas and originality. The film won the award after receiving high regard from the judges for its ▲original concepts and ideas, ▲the message conveyed by the brand’s philosophy, and ▲the effective use of sound that complemented the flow of the video.

A Hyundai E&C official stated, “This award is a meaningful achievement that globally recognizes our customer-centric brand philosophy, which we have consistently emphasized, as expressed through a high-quality video,” adding, “Moving forward, Hyundai E&C will continue to lead the paradigm of future residential culture by delivering distinctive everyday value through the organic integration of design, technology, philosophy, and service.”

Last year, Hyundai E&C unveiled “Neo Living” and has been continuously introducing high-end services and products tailored to the individual needs of residents, with the aim of realizing:

The film features Hyundai E&C’s specialized designs, technologies, and services in detail, including ▲H Culture Club, ▲Personal Mobility, ▲Robotics Life, ▲All-Life-Care House, ▲Hey, Sleep, ▲Neo-Frame, and ▲H-Silent Solution.
