Hyundai E&C will be the first Korean company to sign a joint development cooperation agreement with Bitexco Corp. and the province of Ha Nam to build a new landmark in Vietnam by creating a high-tech industrial district consisting of R&D centers, commercial facilities, and smart logistics centers, and a city center district with residential and service infrastructure facilities.

Southern Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City 2010 Completion Bitexco Financial Tower Next up is Ho Chi Minh City, the economic capital of southern Vietnam. The Ho Chi Minh Riverside, a 68-story skyscraper built by Hyundai E&C, is designed to resemble Vietnams national flower, the lotus. The building features a unique twisted form from the 38th to the 50th floor, with a helipad extending about 23 meters from the 50th floor. From the observation deck on the 47th floor, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Ho Chi Minh City and the beautiful, historic Saigon River. During construction, the challenge was to safely complete a building without a single solid column within a short timeframe in a city center with limited infrastructure. Thanks to the passion and expertise of Hyundai E&C employees, the highly artistic Ho Chi Minh City landmark was successfully completed on time.
